Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping goods to the Customer will be paid by the Customer. On Air Warning, LLC, the Company, will use its judgement in selecting the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer when the order was placed, unless arranged otherwise with the Company, in writing prior to the goods being shipped.

Goods are usually delivered via a courier delivery service and require a signature to be provided upon delivery. If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, the Customer will be notified of an alternative delivery date or location from where to collect the goods. the Company cannot accept responsibility for goods that are returned to the courier’s depot and remain uncollected.

Receipt of a signature for goods delivered to the address provided by The Customer will constitute proof that the order has been delivered to, and received in satisfactory condition, by The Customer.

Once an item is considered delivered as outlined above, responsibility for the item, risk of damage or loss will pass to the Customer.

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by The Customer through any unavoidable delay in delivery of goods. The Company is not liable for any damage which occurs to goods after a delivery has been made.
