Payment Types: We accept payments from customers through a variety of methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Payment Processing: Payments made on our website are processed securely by Stripe. We use Stripe to provide a seamless checkout experience for our customers.

Payment Security: Stripe uses industry-standard security measures, such as SSL encryption, to protect sensitive customer information. They also adhere to PCI compliance standards to ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

Refunds: If a customer requests a refund and the return is processed as per the Refund Policy, the refund will be processed through Stripe and credited back to the customer's credit card.

 

Sales Tax

The online ordering system will calculate your sales tax based on your shipping address at check out, only if On Air Warning, LLC has nexus in your state. If the company does not have nexus, no sales tax will be collected or paid to your state. In that case, it would be the customer’s responsibility to claim the purchase and pay sales tax on their annual state income tax return. If the company has nexus, the appropriate sales tax will be charged. Customers who are tax-exempt, may provide the company with a valid tax exemption certificate and the company will not collect sales tax on the exempt order(s).
